Our bottling station features a 48 PET or Glass bottle washer and sanitizer and a tap mounted on a large work table, big enough for a whole party to help you bottle your beer is you wish. The canning station has an automatic single beer canner and a single tap if you choose to can your beer. |
The Copper Kettle also offers wine aging in American, medium toasted Oak Barrels. Only the best wines are chosen and barrel aged for a few months. Afterwards you have the most spectacular wines the market offers ready to place in your cellar. They say once you go oak, you never go back.
History
Owners Christopher and Nathaly Jones have been in the on-premise wine and beer business for over 18 years. They started their first store in New Westminster and provided quality wines there for 10 years. There, they won numerous awards such as "Business Person of the Year" and "Small Business of the Year". Then, after deciding to move to greener pastures, they moved out to the Fraser Valley and bought up The Copper Kettle Wine and Beer. The current location has come a long way and is continually meeting and exceeding customer's expectations.
